When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will then be notified when your order is out for shipment with tracking information, but if you have any questions about your order, please contact us.
Yes. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it. If it's already shipped, returns are accepted if the item is unopened and unused.
The 10% welcome code is only valid on Photo products, it does not apply to any instax™ items or other cameras and accessories.

Yes, you can return your instax™ product within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging with the returns address below:

We do not cover return fees and recommend you use a reputable courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery as we can accept no responsibility until we have signed for the goods. Please pack the item appropriately.
If your instax™ product is damaged on arrival (this includes damaged in transit) or is not as described, please contact us within thirty days of it being delivered using our contact us form. We will send a pre-paid label for you to return the product. Alternatively, you can register your product to our Camera Service department.
If your product is not delivered, please contact us within thirty days of your receipt of the dispatch confirmation to allow us to check the status of your delivery with our nominated delivery service.
We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like instead.
In exceptionally rare circumstances that an incorrect product is delivered we apologise, please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
