Personal data is only collected via the application form on the form if you provide us with this information.


To enter the Competition, you will need to visit the competition, and fill in the application form. The personal data that will therefore be held by Fujifilm will be your first and last name, email address and mobile number. We will also collect the winner’s age and address for delivery of the prize.


We process the personal data we collect based on your consent for the purpose of administering the Competition or as necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests such as responding to your enquiries. (Art. 6 (1) (a), (b) and (f) UK GDPR). Furthermore, in connection with the Competition, we are entitled to process and use that personal data for marketing purposes where you have given your consent by entering the Competition.


You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting the post on your social media before entry of the Competition has closed or after entry has closed by emailing, MyFUJIFILM_uk@fujifilm.com.


We will destroy all personal data collected for the Competition within 30 days of the completion of the Competition.
